On this episode, our host Rene Velasquez talks to Swati Mandloi about how she started her involvement in the climate and sustainability space and here experiences as a Masters student at the National University of Singapore (NUS). She highlights Singapore’s unique position as a climate advocacy hub with various government sectors being open avenues for support in climate sustainability.
Swati Mandloi then talks about youth in the sustainability space starting off with how to get young people involved in the sustainability advocacy industry and how to change the view of youth involvement in climate sustainability to be taken more seriously. She also talks about the importance of civic society in driving change.
